is a contemporary Bangladeshi reimagining of the classic tale A
Christmas Carol. The story centers on a wealthy, cynical
businessman who has long since abandoned the spirit of community
and family in favor of cold, material success.
Living a life of self-imposed isolation, his world is upended on
the eve of the festival when he is visited by three spectral
figures representing his past, present, and future. These
encounters serve as a mirror to his soul, forcing him to witness
the bridges he burned, the quiet suffering of those he
neglected, and the lonely legacy he is on track to leave behind.
As the morning of the festival dawns, the narrative shifts from
a haunting exploration of regret to a vibrant celebration of
redemption. He must race against time to mend broken bonds and
rediscover the joy of giving, turning his house from a cold
fortress into a home filled with the true spirit of the
occasion.
